LOVE My Alegria's!

I ordered 2 shoes recently and both very different from one another. This was my first time ordering so I was very pleased that the quality I saw on the website was delivered when the shoes arrived. They both feel very comfortable. The sandals are a cute/playful design and the other pair more professional- nice to have the variety needed through Alegria. As a college professor I am on my feet 8-10 hours a day. These feel like they'll help me get through those long days on concrete floors!

Size Slightly Off

I'm normally an 8 or 8.5, the shoe I purchased seen to be a tad but smaller but it's fine because it's an open toe shoe. It's AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. I'll definitely be purchasing more of this brand and style in the future.

Best shoes on the planet. But bad customer service

I live in these shoes - this is my 2nd pair, and I constantly receive compliments when I wear them. I have also bought Playa in other designs. The footbed is extremely comfortable and both straps are adjustable without looking like geriatric orthopedic shoes. However, customer service was very lacking when the shoe went on sale before I even received my order, and the company would not refund the difference. Left a bad taste.
