Definitely foot alignment & posture friendly. Your feet feel good after a long day of work. I put on my shoes knowing I’ll have a comfortable work day. Only con is the front is boxy but not anything too annoying for me.
I’m a hairstylist of 43 years. Over the last 5 years I’ve suffered with Plantar Fasciitis. Even with custom orthotics and using KT tape, whatever shoes I’ve tried work for maybe 4-5 hours and then the pain sets in. I ordered the green ones because of the price, took them out of the box and worked 10 hours with no pain at all! I can’t believe it! I came straight home and ordered the black ones. Please never stop making the Ophelia shoe! Thanks so much!

The MOST comfortable attractive cute shoe I ever had. I can stand for hours at 76 years old, no problem. I am in good shape too. I bought this shoe in 3 colors. I love it.

These shoes are nice, but they seem a lot bigger than the normal size 36 (6-6.5 US size) I usually get from Alegria. I have purchased many pairs, size 36, but these are definitely longer and wider. I ordered wide, and they are wider than the wide size I have received in the past. I put heel pads in them so they would fit better and that helps somewhat. Also, I've never had a "break in" period with Alegria shoes before, but these haven't been that comfortable from the get-go. Maybe a change in quality control. I'll continue to wear them as they are very cute, but not as happy with them as with all my other (many pairs) Alegrias.
Great for swelling feet, walking and standing all day. It is a low arch support, be aware. The leather didn’t need breaking in!! Comfortable!! Wide enough for socks!!
Stylish, attractive, and OH so comfortable. Breathable. And at 5'2", I appreciate a chunky sole that lifts my entire foot and not just the heel. Thus, toes are not slammed into the toe front. Really great shoe.

I have two pair of Ophelias. I love them. There is a sizing issue when you are an 8 1/2. The 39 is too big and when you first put on the 38 they are VERY tight. I assure you they loosen up after just a few hours. I received a pair yesterday and today I walked a couple of miles in them. Hope this helps.
These shoes are great if you need a wide toe box. I like them because they are comfortable and cute - kind-of like a stylish Dutch clog. The insole is super-comfortable, and removable if you want to use a custom orthotic. The leather is high-quality - these shoes are a great value. I also bought a pair of boots and they are great as well. I'm due for foot surgery and am going to keep wearing Alegria's until I can take time off for the procedure.
I have always had red shoes!! My other Alegria shoes just fell apart! So I needed new! These were so comfortable that I also bought them in black and navy. Cute design and perfect comfort!

I bought this shoe in the wino color and they look so good on my feet and felt good for my planter fasciitis. But as a Nurse, your feet sweet after a long 12 hour shift so make sure you get a wide. I wish I could exchange them because they are a Beautiful shoe but I bought them as a final sale. So sad.
I love the way these shoes looked but when I tried them on, they felt very big and bulky and long. I ordered a size 43 wide and the fit felt short. In the past I've won 42 wide in this brand and it was just almost short so I was really surprised that the 43 felt short. It has to be the style as I have four or five other pairs of Alegria and have been happy with them. I was very very disappointed that Ophelia did not fit me and did not feel flattering. I had to order them online because my local store didn't carry my size. So, with the hassle of sending them back, I'm not sure that I will order another Ophelia. I am just disappointed.
They fit comfortably from the start, and look lovely. The quality is outstanding, especially the footpad.

I started wearing alegria shoes when I was working as a staff RN. They are my favorite shoes. The comfort and fit is great.
I have neuropathy as a side effect from extensive Achilles surgery. I love the wide toe box, and great arch support, but most importantly (from this style), is that my ankle doesn’t rub much on the side of the shoe. Wish it could be cut down just a little lower, but… As we are heading into snow season I shouldn’t wear sandals. First time I wore them the lady sitting next to me at the doctor’s office commented how cute they were, and she needed help with her foot issue. I think you will get another customer.

I have problems with my feet ~ I have injured them over the years ~ and these wonderful shoes fit so well ~ from the insole with the arch support which really helps me to stand straighter and helps my back, too. I usually get the wide size, just love them. They are so much fun! When my feet are happy! I am happy! :)
