APMA Terms and Conditions

Over 35 years ago, the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) established its Seal of Acceptance Program to inform both podiatric physicians and consumers about products whose quality, safety and effectiveness allow for normal foot function and promote good foot health.  We are very excited to announce that selected styles of Alegria by PG Lite^® footwear and footbeds have been awarded the APMA Seal of Acceptance.  

Please note that your use of the APMA Seal of Acceptance in conjunction with our products is subject to the following:

• You may not use the APMA Seal of Acceptance without the prior authorization of Pepper Gate Footwear, Inc. Unauthorized use may result in account suspension or termination. 
  
  
• All requests for use of the APMA Seal of Acceptance must be submitted to us for approval at least thirty (30) days prior to planned usage (to allow for sufficient review time) and include examples of intended usage (e.g., product labeling, containers, packaging, package inserts, website, advertising and/or promotional copy). Please download the submission form here. 
  
  
• The APMA Seal of Acceptance must not be altered in any way except size or color.  
  
  
• Use of the APMA Seal of Acceptance is restricted to the following styles listed below, please do not use the Seal of Acceptance in conjunction with any other Pepper Gate Footwear products.
