Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Issuance.
Gift cards shall be issued electronically to the purchaser’s email address entered at the time of purchase. The gift card shall consist of an electronic code to be entered for redemption on the websites alegriashoes.com and/or traqshoes.com.
2. Redemption.
Gift cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products for sale on the websites alegriashoes.com and traqshoes.com only. Purchase amounts shall be deducted from the redeemer’s gift card balance. Unused gift card balances will remain on the associated electronic code until fully exhausted. For purchase amounts exceeding the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with an alternative payment method. Gift card balances do not expire.
3. Limited Use.
Gift cards may not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed or returned for cash or credit. Following purchase of a gift card, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Fraud.
Pepper Gate reserves the right to cancel and/or bill alternative payment methods if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on alegriashoes.com and/or traqshoes.com.
5. Returned Products.
If a purchased product is returned and accepted by Pepper Gate, the purchase amount of the product will be placed back on the gift card balance. This does not apply to products marked “Last Call,” for which no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability.
PEPPER GATE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONING, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND PEPPER GATE’S SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE REPLACEMENT OF SAID GIFT CARD CODE.
