I ordered the classic footbeds- “midnight garden” and really like them- it’s like having a brand new pair of Alegrias. It’s the only kind of shoes I will wear with plantar fasciitis.

I love my Algeria shoes! I am a retired nurse and discovered Algeria a few years before retirement. I could not part with my shoes and have continued to use them as a volunteer at a pet rescue. I was very disappointed when I realized the insoles in my favorite pair was crumbling (they are about 7 years old). I was considering throwing them away but decided to check the website. I am so glad I did. They had my size in them. I ordered them and received them within a week! I tell all my friends about them!
I understand now why the Alegria footbeds are more expensive than drug store footbeds. They are not just a foam pad---they have metal & cork in them. After a call to the store where a nice lady explained how to get the old footbed out & snap the new one in, I was able to accomplish that in seconds. My shoes are like new. I love the flowered pattern & wish you still carried them. However, I will be buying new footbeds for my shoes until the tops wear out from now on.
These add some fun to my Palomas. I am not a nurse. I just have extremely finicky flat feet and Alegria is one of the few brands they tolerate.
First time changing the insoles in a pair of my Alegrias. Wow! It’s like getting a brand new pair! I promptly ordered more and plan to change out in all my pairs. (I have a lot- best shoes ever for nursing and having RA/joint issues)
