Alegria Men's Stretcher Electric Blue Shoe

They are perfect

My husband has challenging feet, so he needs a well designed and well built shoe that still has some give to it. Because they do not look like athletic shoes, he can wear them anywhere. This is his third pair of these and I worry that it may be his last. The website looks suspiciously like these are being discontinued. What would be a good substitute?

I bought Hubby's first pair of Alegria shoes 1 1/2 years ago and he loves the look and most of all the comfort. So, when Alegria had men's shoes on sale, I bought him 2 pair -- the Grey Multi and black leather. Right out of the box, they fit perfectly and Hubby LOVED the look and especially the comfort. It was definitely a Win/Win.

My son is training as a vet tech and spends long hours on his feet. He loves his new blue stretcher shoes, and the “stinky feet” problem from cheap shoes is now resolved!

Very comfortable

Alegria is my go-to for comfortable workplace shoes. As an academic I need shoes that are suitable for an office appearance but comfortable enough for walking and pacing. These Grappas are a simple, almost slip-on type of shoe that works with most outfits I wear. It can be compressed for travel which I intend to do. The only issue I have is that I am not wearing socks much lately and my feet tend to stick to the soles of the shoes making them difficult to remove when I need to. Still I highly recommend.

I LOVE Algeria shoes!! I really hope they aren’t discontinuing the mens line, as it’s all on clearance. They are all that I wear for work. Guess I’d have to find womens Alegrias that fit me if the mens line goes away.

Shoes are great on flat surfaces, not on uneven surfaces.

Shame on this page for not publicizing negative reviews. Watch out for that. I had posted that I was having trouble with the leather on the shoe giving me cuts in my achilles and the review NEVER saw daylight on here. I was redirected to this page to confirm, and then never saw it on here.

I got these shoes for my son who is on his feet 12+ hours a day and was coming home with a lot of foot pain. These shoes have given him so much relief. He tells me he can work long hours and doesn't feel pain on his feet with these shoes. He says they don't feel very soft or cushiony but his feet don't hurt.

I’m addicted to Algeria and am slowly getting my husband addicted as well! This is his 3rd pair and he loves them. Especially when he knows we will be on our feet all day long.

I practically exclusively wear Alegria's, and my husband, who's on his feet, rushing around daily (generally 12 hour days at that), used to wear Rockports. The problem was that they fell apart in about 3-5 weeks. I went to your site to look up Men's shoes (that's a first :) ), found a pair for him (on sale no less) and ordered them. From the 1st moment he wore them, he understood why I'm obsessed with the Alegria brand. Every day he comments how much he loves these shoes.
