Comfortable and just right for the summer.
This is my second pair. I wore the first pair out. The heel height was perfect for me and they are so comfortable.

I bought the same sandals about 15 years go for a trip and they were comfortable at first. I just got a second pair and they are great, like the older pair. Just a second color now.
These sandals are out of this world wonderful! My feet are generally unhappy but after a whole day wearing these they are actually smiling! I'm a new Alegria super fan!!
I ordered these for a pilgrimage walk on the Camino this coming fall as my comfortable evening shoes. They are very stiff to begin with but as I'm wearing them they are breaking in nicely and I can't wait to wear them on my trip. I own three other pairs of Alegria and they really help with my plantar fasciitis. When I wear them I have no problem with pain.

Sadly several have literally fallen apart, which saddens me. They were various colors, light grey, navy blue, bright red. I would really lkie to see some other colors. I am a big fan!!
These fit like the others minus the leather softening which will come with time.
First of all, the Return Policy for Alegriashoes. com sucks. It cost me $28 to return the shoes. Will never order from here again. Then the fit - I don't know what's happened to Alegria shoes. Did they switch manufacturers? I bought a pair about 6 years ago of the oxfords, size 39, and they are REALLY comfortable. I've worn them constantly. But every pair I've ordered and tried in the last few years, in size 39, has been just a tad short. My big toes are squished up against the front, and very uncomfortable. Of course, a size 40 is too big. My feet slip up and down. I've given up on this brand, except for the slip-on styles. They seem to fit okay.
Like the color and fit
I had high hopes for these shoes. I see people at work wearing them and wanted a pair. My feet fit this size in other shoes styles but this shoes was too short and wide.

This is now my fourth pair of Pesca style sandals. I do not care to wear open toe sandals, slides, or other summer styles that are cute and stylish but offer no support for long distance walking,shopping, etc. My first pair of Pescas lasted 10 years… traveled many miles with me as a teacher, a tourist, and a grocery shopper. My other two pairs are in great shape, but I was looking for another color. The pair that I completely wore out were a cactus /sage green and I received so many compliments on them! I do have bunions, so these give me the cooling of sandals, accommodate the bunion, and support my feet for walking. More color options, please!
This is the second pair of the same style I have bought. The first pair I have worn for years and bought at a shoe store.
This is the same style but different color.
The leather is so hard and stiff I will probably never be able to wear the shoes. I’m very disappointed.
These close-toed sandals look good on my feet.
Superior fit from first wearing
The garnet pesca is my 5th pair of pesca sandals! My feet have been deformed from bunions and the pesca sandal is the one I can wear without feeling self-conscious. They are also THE most comfortable walking shoe there is!!!!!!! Continue making them in all sorts of colors!

I LOVE these sandals!!! My first pair was Cognac colored. I got them in 2018 and wore them all over Italy that July. My second was black, because... every woman needs a great black sandal. When I saw they released RED - I was sold. Comfortable, fun, and a staple for years to come.
I have the Pesca sandal in 8 different colors. I was so happy to see red make a resurgegence. I have kicked myself I did not but the tomatoe red ones so jumped on this red right away. I have trouble walking and these shoes are so comfortable and they allow me to walk without pain. the other style I buy is the Debra. wonderful shoes. I do suggest though buying a size up. I normally wear a 39 but should have purchased a 40. but with wear they should streach a little.

I bought my sandals for a trip to Europe and while they *ARE* comfortable for long days of walking, the minute my feet got sweaty, they started to rub and blister just below my ankle, on some toes and on the heels. I guess the problem could be solved with socks, but I’m not a socks and sandals girlie.
I have a pair in a floral print that everyone who sees them asks where I got them. I wish you would make more in prints I have to wear closed toes to work so this style is perfect. Keeps my feet cool and comfortable all summer long.
These sandals make walking less painful.
These sandals are well made and sturdy. The butterfly on the strap that tightens each sandal is a sweet addition, made of metal. The only drawback is that when I try to loosen the strap, the strap gets stuck on the metal "nub" which holds the butterfly on the other side of the strap. I have to slip on these sandals because I cannot loosen the straps. I usually wear a size 9 shoe and my sandals are a size 40; they are a little loose in the heel, but I have started wearing them with socks. Overall, a fashionable, comfortable, and high-quality pair of sandals!
